I entered the spirituality class without expectations but emerged with transformative skills - better breath control, practicing meditation, guarding my space from drama, elevating my energetic frequency, rekindling self-belief, and as Chris bluntly advised, "getting my shit together," while QB reinforced that I deserve happiness; remarkably, I even channeled briefly, reconnecting with God through laughter and conversation after a lengthy absence.

When I began this class I don’t know what I was what to expect, but the reality is that Chris knows his stuff. I am looking forward to the continued practice. I feel this class is a must for everyone. Get some!
